Q: Hi, I have 2 questions for you. We intend to book the 9 day tour 3346 Is there a minimum number of people who have to book the tour before the tour goes ahead. We would like to book 1 extra night at the end of the tour, staying in whichever Hotel you have us booked into. Then the next morning travel by train from Union Station to San Diego.Can we take the free shuttle from the Hotel to Union Station or does the Free shuttle only drop you off at LA international airport. Generally as long as there are about 25 persons in the group we will conduct the tour. And actually we always have about 40 persons in the group. And we will give you a final confirmaton about the availability of the tour 1-2 working days when received your reservation.
At the end of the hotel, we will arrange LAX drop off only. We can offer you the post-tour hotel extension, but you may have to self transfer to Union Station the next day.

The departure time for the first day will be the time listed for the departure place you choose, and the other days the tour would start around 7am, unless the tour guide states otherwise. You will be able to get back to your hotel room after dinner. And you will be able to get back to LA around 7pm, but it will also have to depend on the traffic. This tour does not include meals except for the ones that you will be having in the West Rim. Skywalk admission $32, please check out the pricing section of this tour for more details of what does this tour include, and excludes.

Pick-up in Flagstaff: 9:00-9:45 A.M.
30-45 minutes at Cameron Trading Post
30-45 minutes at the Desert View Watchtower
1-1.5 hours at the Grand Canyon Village
Return to Flagstaff between 5:30-6:30 P.M.
So you may not be able to get on the tour.

We will need the person who is 16 to provide parental/legal guardian's consent form for them to go on the tour, we will need that document from you when you are booking the tour. And you will need to bring some form of ID along with you during the tour.

The admission for the theater is not included in the tour price. However, most of the tours for Hollywood, include the walk of fame does not require admission.

Generally speaking, the tour price include the six nights' hote accomadations, transportations during the trip, and our tour guide will also offer the service through out the trip. The tips for tour guide and driver, the meals and the fee for optional tours are needed to be paid by cash when on the tour. Please kindly check the "Pricing" to find the details of "Includes and Excludes" of the tour price.
